If we need to contact you we will contact you either by Email, telephone, or your postal address you provided us on your purchase agreement.

Our contract with you is the completed purchase agreement that you have signed electronically on the day you placed your order. If we are unable to fulfil your order we will inform you of this and at such point we will refund any deposits or monies paid owed to you and cancel your order.

Products may vary slightly, the pictures we use are for illustration purposes only. Although we aim to make every effort to ensure colours or variations are minimal.

Estimated delivery is given in good faith but not always guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control. We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know if there is going to be any delays to your delivery.

If you are not there at your address to take delivery we will leave you a note informing you how to rearrange delivery. If you do not rearrange delivery we will contact you for further instructions. You maybe charged for storage costs and a further delivery cost. If we are unable to contact you we may end the contract and charge a fee.

Please check the products you receive on delivery are the products you ordered. Please check for any damage or faults and contact us immediately.

If for any reason the product becomes unavailable to us we will contact you immediately to either make a second choice or alternatively we can refund any deposits paid.

Most products bought off-premises you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. If you would like to end this contract with us please call or email us with your name, address, contact number and email.

Pay weekly beds online do not charge any interest for late payments. If you do not make any payments interest and extra costs will be added after judgement.

We will only use your information to supply products to you or process a payment for the products that we provide. If you agree to this during the order process to give you more information about similar products that we provide. You may stop receiving this at anytime by contacting us.


Complaints relating to faulty goods should be notified in writing (Email or post) within 7 days of the fault becoming apparent.

In the rare event goods develop a fault pay weekly beds online retains the right to have goods repaired or replaced at a cost to ourselves. If found on inspection to not be faulty but to be fair wear and tear, negligence, or wilful damage the product will have to be repaired by yourself at your own cost.

Please remember mattress fillings will settle and compress over the first few months of use. This is normal and what makes your mattress unique to your body shape.

All goods are guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.

The company accepts no responsibility for damage or injury whilst delivering your goods. Please make sure our delivery driver has free and easy access to your property. Customers must ensure that goods ordered will fit through the front door. We only do doorstep delivery only (we are not insured to enter your home). Most goods will require some form of assembly and it is the Buyer’s responsibility to assemble the goods. Delivery will only be made to the address specified on the original order. Delivery will be deemed to have taken place when the goods have been delivered to the agreed address. We are happy that the person who accepts the goods have been authorised by the Buyer to accept the goods.
